ToolTip AI Translate reads the text you are already looking at and shows it in your language beside the pointer. It is a translation layer that lives on any Windows control — a dialog, a menu, a button, a line inside another program.
You do not copy anything and you do not change window. The pointer is the only interface: leave it over the text and the translation appears in a small lens, with the original kept intact underneath so you can compare the two and decide whether the wording matters.
It is published as its own listing on Microsoft Store and it is also one of the layers inside the complete ToolTip AI application. On its own it brings the translation; it does not bring the rest radar, the voice guide or the advice panel that the full app adds.
